This requirement will involve all key trades typical to construction projects, including but not limited to architecture/engineering, civil construction/site preparation, utilities, electrical, concrete, finishes, HVAC, mechanical piping, plumbing and historical renovation. The Government will utilize the Design Build delivery method. Design Build is the delivery method which encompasses one contract for design and construction awarded to one contractor.
